Results in one place

The award letter often arrives long before Doffin, Norway's public procurement portal, publishes who won, and sometimes no public notice is published at all. This has made it easy for your team's own result, the reason for a loss and the supporting documents to end up scattered across inboxes and local folders, separate from the Norwegian public data. You can now record the outcome while it is still fresh and keep everything on the tender page.

Record the result when the decision arrives

When a tender is moved to Won, Lost or Cancelled, a short form opens with the outcome already selected. For a win, you can confirm or change the contract value. For a loss, you can select a structured reason, such as price, quality, references or a non-compliant bid, and add a comment.

If you have the award letter to hand, you can drop it straight into the same form. Everything is optional, so you can still update the status quickly and fill in the details later. The form appears whether you change the status from the pipeline, Kanban board, card or list view, or from the tender page itself.

Your result and Doffin data in one place

The new Results section appears as soon as the tender is won, lost or cancelled, without waiting for Doffin. It shows the outcome, reason for the loss, comment, contract value and who recorded the result. You can edit the information when you know more.

Award letters, documents obtained through access to competitors' bids and other result documents have their own document list. Cobrief automatically recognises the document type and labels it when classification is complete. By default, these documents are not added to the brief or the knowledge base.

If Doffin has published a contract award notice, it appears in a clearly labelled subsection. This keeps the result recorded by your own team distinct from the Norwegian public information, while making both available in one place.
