Connect Cobrief to SharePoint and OneDrive

Now you can give the AI assistant access to your documents in SharePoint and OneDrive, so it draws on your templates, past bids, and reference material directly while you work on a tender.
Most bid teams already have plenty to build on: strong answers from past bids, ready-made templates, and reference material. The problem is that it usually lives in SharePoint or OneDrive, somewhere completely separate from where you actually write the bid. The result is a lot of searching, copying, and manual uploading. We've done something about that.
How it works
You connect your own Microsoft account to Cobrief in the settings. Once the connection is in place, the AI assistant can search SharePoint and OneDrive, find the documents that are relevant, and use them directly in your tender work. You no longer need to upload files by hand.
Why it's useful
- Uses your company's own content: The AI works with your own templates and past bids, not just general knowledge. That gives you more precise and reusable drafts.
- Less searching: You find and use documents without switching between windows and folders.
- Reuse what works: Strong answers from past bids become an active resource in every new tender, instead of sitting in an archive.
Safe and personal
Each user connects to their own Microsoft account, and Cobrief only gets access to what you already have access to. Your permissions follow you, no more and no less, and you can disconnect whenever you want.
How to get started
You'll find the SharePoint integration in the settings in Cobrief. A paid subscription is required to connect. If you need help setting it up, read the full help article or send us a message.
