How we hire
Our hiring process is designed to find talented people from diverse backgrounds and areas of expertise. Here's what you can expect.
What we look for
We look for curious people who enjoy solving complex problems. You should be self-driven, collaborative, and have a genuine desire to learn. Previous experience with public tenders is a bonus, but not a requirement.
The hiring process
The process starts with an informal conversation to get to know each other. This is followed by a technical assignment or case tailored to the role, and finally a meeting with the team. We always provide feedback, regardless of the outcome.
Your safety matters to us
We take recruitment seriously and will never ask for sensitive information like bank details or national ID numbers before you have signed a contract. All communication happens via @cobrief.no addresses.
Privacy
Applications and personal data are treated confidentially and in accordance with GDPR. We do not share information with third parties without your consent, and you can request access or deletion at any time.
Shape the future with us
We're building the technology that makes public tenders accessible for everyone.
