WRK Medic and WRK Bemanning have quickly become key players in health-related staffing. Now they're pursuing further growth with Cobrief as a key tool.

– From the very beginning, we've wanted to use the best and most effective solutions. Cobrief is a great example of a tool that truly delivers value, says co-founder of WRK Medic and WRK Bemanning, Jon Erling Skarsholt.

WRK Medic is a staffing agency specialising in physician staffing. The company recruits general practitioners and medical specialists for permanent positions or staffs them for short- and long-term assignments in the private and public healthcare sectors.

WRK Bemanning recruits and provides staffing within child welfare, health and care services, early childhood education, and nursing.

Both WRK companies see a steadily growing need for healthcare staffing in Norway. The ambition is clear: to continue growing within the public sector – without compromising on quality.

– Now we can do it in a fraction of the time

When asked what the tendering process looked like before both WRK companies started using Cobrief, Skarsholt describes a process that was both heavy and fragmented.

Multiple people had to set aside many days to gather documentation and draft text. It was not uncommon to have to allocate significant time – up to a week's work to write a single bid.

– We had to have people working from home for several days just to concentrate on the process, says Skarsholt.

That's no longer the case. With Cobrief, everything was turned on its head for the better.

– Now we can do it in a fraction of the time. We've reduced the time spent on tenders by up to 80 percent. Instead of halting all operations to write bids, we can do it alongside our daily business. It's an enormous difference, says Jon Erling Skarsholt.

Cobrief helps the company gather documentation, reuse texts, and use AI to formulate responses to complex questions in the tenders.

Winning on quality

Efficiency is one thing – but for WRK, it's ultimately about quality. And the results speak for themselves.

They recently won a tender with a perfect score on quality. The bid was written with the help of Cobrief's AI feature, which helps users write the actual bid quickly, efficiently, and above all precisely.

Even though WRK wasn't the cheapest, the quality meant they still came away with the win. Cobrief plays a central role here, he adds.
