Tender alerts straight to Slack: – No more searching for a needle in a haystack

Every year, public tenders worth hundreds of billions of NOK are published. Finding the relevant ones in this jungle can be incredibly time-consuming. For many, it has meant paying for alerts only to end up with a stream of irrelevant tenders. For the Norwegian consultancy Capra Consulting, this demanded a lot of time and created unnecessary stress.

Today, things are different. Since they started using Cobrief, they receive relevant tenders right in the channel they already work in.

– Now we get the right and relevant tenders delivered straight to Slack, says Tuva Brynildsen, Business Developer at Capra.

User-friendly

Capra is a consultancy with over 100 specialists in digital product development, cloud services, technology management, and organisational design. For them, user-friendliness is a must.

– The idea behind Cobrief is so good that I wish I'd had it myself. Think of how many people have been frustrated with the old systems. This solves a real headache for many, and the platform is intuitive and simple.

Like many others, Tuva and the team at Capra previously struggled with clunky portals with poor interfaces and confusing designs.

– You often had the feeling that you might be missing a tender. With so many publications, it was a bit like searching for a needle in a haystack, she says.

With Cobrief, they can easily set up filters using procurement codes, keywords, and relevance. The result is that Capra can trust that the right tenders are the ones that appear.

Cobrief also provides an overview of who publishes the most tenders and who wins most often.

– This means we can stay ahead of the game, rather than just reacting when a new tender appears. We get a much better picture of the market and can make smarter decisions, she says.

Multiple integrations

The fact that the platform can be connected directly to the tools they already use makes everyday work easier.

– The Slack integration is fantastic. When alerts come straight into the channels we already work in, the whole team has visibility and can respond quickly, she says.

In addition to Slack, the platform also supports Microsoft Teams and sign-in via Google and Microsoft SSO. The integration with CV Partner makes it possible to pull in relevant CVs directly into the tenders.

Looking ahead

Capra is now exploring how Cobrief can be used even more, including matching the right people to the right tender. By connecting Flowcase, you can easily pull in relevant CVs and projects directly into Cobrief.

– For us, it's about making the tendering process easier and winning more exciting projects. Cobrief gives us an overview and a bit of time back. That allows us to focus on what we do best – building solutions that create value for our clients, Brynildsen concludes.

Capra is known for delivering outstanding quality and is among the very best in their field. The fact that Tuva and her team use Cobrief to free up time so they can focus even more on what they do best – creating value for their clients – is the best endorsement we could ask for.

Her story shows how Cobrief works as a reliable and efficient colleague that takes care of the time-consuming tasks, so talented people like Tuva and her colleagues can channel their energy into strategy and quality assurance. It's incredibly motivating to see, and we're cheering for Capra!
