Meet Helge and Yoki
We continuously work to improve both the customer experience and the content at Cobrief. Now we're ready to take Cobrief to the next level, and to do that we need to bring in talented people who excel at exactly that! Yoki Kahsay joins as Head of Customer Success and Helge Svendsen becomes Head of Marketing and Communications. Both come from key roles at well-known companies -- Vev and JCP PRAD, respectively.
Yoki Kahsay
Yoki has spent the last five years leading the work on improving the customer journey and optimizing the user experience at Vev, and is excited to take on the role of Head of Customer Success.

I've worked extensively on making complex processes simpler, and when I heard what Cobrief is working on, it struck a nerve. Tender processes are known for being frustrating and cumbersome, but Cobrief's technology provides an exciting answer to that challenge. Getting to take my experience from Vev and apply it in a completely new arena, to help customers succeed, is an opportunity I'm truly looking forward to.
Helge Svendsen
Helge has over 15 years of experience as a copywriter and creative from the advertising industry, most recently as partner and creative director at JCP PRAD. With his background, he takes on the responsibility of strengthening Cobrief's brand and telling the company's story to a broader audience.
Helge becomes Head of Marketing and Communications
I've always had a love/hate relationship with public tenders, and have personally seen how time-consuming and complex they can be. With Cobrief, I've found a way to use my marketing background to build a brand that actually solves a real and frustrating problem. I've long wanted to work at the intersection of technology and brand building, and this is the perfect match.
