Region Filtering and Custom Tender Evaluation

In November, we've been working on making it easier to find tenders within specific regions and further developing the evaluation feature. You can now filter by regions in tender search, add your own evaluation criteria, and all summaries on the evaluation page have been upgraded based on several hundred customer interviews.

🌎 Filter by Place of Execution

You can now select one or more regions where your company can deliver tender services to narrow down your tender search. This is perfect for local suppliers and for industries where the work is often location-specific. Set the filter from "Filtering" in the company settings.

✅ Use Your Company's Own Evaluation Criteria

Many companies have their own requirements for which tenders they bid on, and what is important to evaluate before starting the tender process. You can now enter these directly in Cobrief, and for each new tender, Cobrief will extract information from the tender and answer each individual requirement.

⌨️ Completely New Tender Summaries

To quickly assess whether a tender is relevant, it's important to easily extract the most important information about the tender. Through several hundred interviews, we've mapped what our customers focus on during tender evaluation, so we can extract this information automatically.

We've now finally launched the result of all the surveys, where all summaries on the evaluation page have received a major upgrade with even more accurate and relevant information.

We have several exciting updates on the way. We're soon launching an improved task feature in Cobrief that finds even more relevant actions and the ability to create, edit, and assign your own tasks. Additionally, a new insights page for market and competitive analysis is coming, including an overview of upcoming framework agreements.
