-- Public tenders should be open and accessible to everyone. But in practice, private companies -- who for several years have had a monopoly in the market -- have built a paywall around the entire system. Many believe they have to pay to be able to view and participate in public tender competitions. You actually don't have to. Now we are tearing down that wall and turning everything upside down, says Klafstad.

Today, Cobrief launches open tender pages -- a platform where everyone can search and get an overview of public tenders across all of Norway. The platform is free and open to everyone, and you can get an email alert every time a relevant tender is posted.
-- It's one thing to be able to search for tenders. It's something completely different to get automatic email alerts when exactly what you're looking for is announced. It gives small and medium-sized businesses a real chance to compete, because they don't have to pay a fortune just to keep up with the market, says Klafstad.
Tender help with AI
For businesses that want help with a thorough evaluation of the tender, or to write a first draft, Cobrief offers a paid solution, an AI tool for responding to tenders. No one has time to read 300 pages, or rewrite the same texts over again. Cobrief writes the first draft for you, says Klafstad.
A kind of Finn.no for public tenders
-- We have made it as easy to find public tenders as searching for a sofa on Finn. It's about removing unnecessary barriers, says Klafstad.
Cobrief's platform uses artificial intelligence to sort and tailor the tenders. Each announcement is presented with an AI-generated summary, so that even businesses without a legal department can easily understand what is being requested.
Cobrief was started in 2023 as a challenger in a market dominated by few and costly players. Today, over 300 Norwegian businesses use the service to find and respond to tenders from the public sector.
