When we looked at the steps in the tender process, we saw a number of similarities with a traditional sales process and how systems like HubSpot and Salesforce are set up. Based on that, we thought of the tender process as a pipeline, where you get a lead, qualify it, and ultimately prepare a proposal. In our system, these steps are called find, interpret, and prepare.
