Inbox, Redesign, and Super Search

In March we introduced a completely new inbox that simplifies the overview of tenders you are assessing and working on, along with a useful calendar overview with deadlines. Furthermore, we have redesigned the competition page, simplified the system navigation, and launched a new search function.

Inbox

We now collect all new tenders for you in one place in the inbox. Here you can easily choose whether to save a tender for assessment, or hide it if it is not relevant. Best of all, the inbox learns more the more you use it, which helps Cobrief suggest tenders that are a better fit for your company.

Along with the launch of the inbox, the statuses "Under Assessment" and "In Progress" are also introduced. These statuses provide good control over which tenders the company is working on at any given time, and contribute to a smooth workflow.

Calendar with Deadlines

On the right side of Cobrief you will now find a new calendar feature. This shows all deadlines for tenders, whether you have saved them for assessment or are working on them. In addition to presenting the deadlines, the calendar also functions as quick links directly to the relevant tender. By clicking on a tender, the calendar will be replaced with a timeline showing the deadlines for that specific tender.

New Competition Page

We have redesigned the competition page to present more information about the tender in a structured and clear way. At the top you will still find our AI summary of the tender, which has now been renamed "Our Brief." The brief has also been improved and made more detailed, so you can quickly assess whether to proceed with the tender.

In the following sections, we have gathered and structured all relevant information to make navigation simple, without unnecessary noise. If you want more information about the tender, or want to create a proposal, we have made it easy for you to retrieve the document package, which we of course scan through with AI.

Super Search

Inspired by our friends at Fiken, we are now introducing a completely new search function in Cobrief called "Super Search," which is placed at the top center of the system. You can quickly and easily search for competitions, suppliers, and procurers with a preview of your results. In the coming period, we will also expand Super Search to include a range of AI features, so there is a lot to look forward to.

Next Month

Next month will be very exciting. We can hint at generative AI features for tender writing as part of the drafting process in Cobrief. We truly believe this will be a game-changer for many, and a central part of our goal to simplify and automate the tender process.
