Identity, Phases, and Version Control

In April we launched a new visual identity and website that has been well received. We have also introduced phases for planning, competition, and results. Additionally, we have created an entirely new version control system for competitions, along with a range of other smaller features that make tender work a little easier.

New Identity and Website
We have now launched a new visual identity with an accompanying website and changes within Cobrief. The identity aims to communicate more clearly who we are and what we deliver. For us, this is about not being afraid to challenge how things have been done before, being creative when building the product -- and naturally having fun along the way.

Phases for Planning, Competition, and Results
You can now see which phase a tender is in, and get information about any previous phases. We retrieve all information from publicly available sources and present it in a way that is valuable for our customers.
Planning
The planning phase consists of notices where a procurer can gather information from the market to better plan and execute a future competition.

In this phase, there may be useful information about the procurer's needs and wishes, which can provide valuable insight if you plan to participate in a competition later. At the same time, it provides the opportunity to get in touch with the procurer at an early stage, and thereby be able to provide input on what the procurer should prioritize.

Competition
The competition phase consists of notices where a procurer actually conducts the competition to ultimately award a contract. Within this phase, we find all common competition types in public procurement, and this is where the majority of tender work happens with the greatest potential for savings. Here we put in a lot of effort to save you time, and new features are continuously launched that bring you closer to putting tenders on autopilot.

Results
The results phase consists of notices where a competition has been conducted, and there is now an actual result, which involves the awarding of a contract to one or more suppliers. In this phase, it can be useful to see how a competition went, who was awarded the contract, and which bidders you competed against.

Version Control
It is important to keep track of changes in deadlines and information. Now you can easily see the latest updated version to have a full overview of the deadlines. All changes are easy to find on the timeline to the right on the competition page.

New Settings for Tender Alerts
In the "tender alerts" settings, you now have more options for what you can receive alerts about in your search. Previously, you could change keywords, service areas, and CPV codes. Now you can also choose which phases to include, and the minimum number of relevance points a tender needs to be included in alerts.

Other Changes
- The inbox now suggests better search adjustments based on whether you hide or save tenders.
- Deletion of users in your company is now available under "Manage users" in settings.
- Login with email and password is now available.
- Suggestions for reference projects are now retrieved from CV Partner.
Next Month
We have now started work on tenders that will write themselves. In the coming months, many useful features for reuse and content generation will be launched. There is a lot to look forward to!
