Get a Better Overview with Cobrief's Brand New Interface
Cobrief launches a new interface for tender management with improved navigation, better inbox organization, and new features for tracking results. The update gives users easier access to tenders and more efficient handling of competitions.
We have now launched a major update to give you a better overview of the tenders you are working on. This includes a completely new navigation, improved inbox organization, better status control, and a new results page for tenders you have won or lost.
A Better Overview of Tenders
The inbox has received a major upgrade. In the left panel, four new statuses have been added: "Planned" for competitions you have decided to pursue, "Decline" for competitions you considered but chose not to submit for, as well as "Won" and "Lost" for reporting the outcome.
"Create new private tender" is now done from the left panel, and click the search button for even more filtering options than before.
Filtering is now placed to the right on the middle card. A new menu by the assessment button lets you select all tender statuses, while the "Processed" list on the right shows recently changed tenders for quick navigation.
A Completely New Navigation
The new navigation on the left has new menu items: "Proposals" for ongoing and historical proposals with tasks, "Results" for tender reports, and "Market" for the insights module.
You can find all company settings by clicking "Settings". To log out or switch workspace, click on your avatar at the bottom.
Write More Proposals in Less Time
Our new proposal page provides an overview of historical and active proposals with associated tasks. A new "Owner" field lets you easily distribute tenders internally.
Get Control of Your Results
We have launched a completely new results page that gives you a full overview of all tenders you have won and lost. Here you will also find all your active framework agreements, as well as qualification systems and dynamic purchasing systems you participate in.
Here all the competitions you have marked as won or lost are displayed, but soon we will release an update that automatically links previous tenders as won or lost based on public data.
More Changes Await You in Cobrief
These are just some of the changes we launched alongside the new navigation, and you will find more changes on the assessment page and in the bid room. Not least, the new navigation provides a more scalable interface for us to add more new features.
