Feedback Bonanza Drives Improvements in Cobrief
We asked our users what they were missing. It resulted in 45 tasks, and 11 are already completed! See all the news here.
We organized a Feedback Bonanza, our own version of "quick wins"!
We simply asked everyone who uses Cobrief the following:
- What should be easier or better in Cobrief?
- What is the one big feature you miss the most?
- Is there anything else you would like to share with us?
The goal was to make as many of these wishes a reality, as quickly as possible.
The Result:
- 38 concrete pieces of feedback received.
- 45 new internal tasks for us, as a result of the feedback.
- 11 of these tasks are already completed and launched!
Here are the tasks we have completed so far:
- Cobrief now shows similar active tenders at the bottom of the assessment page.
- You can now comment and see the full history of a tender on the assessment page.
- You now have a dedicated button in the top right of the inbox to clear the entire inbox.
- You can now see who is responsible for a tender directly on the card in the inbox.
- We have made it clearer that the relevance scores are clickable.
- You now have a dedicated filter to filter tenders assigned to you or others.
- It is easier to find the button to search for tenders in Cobrief.
- We now include in the tender summary who previously held the contract.
- Fixed a bug where the tender owner was reset when creating a proposal.
- Fixed a bug where it was difficult to change how often you want to receive tender alerts.
- The inbox is now better adapted for low-resolution screens.
Here are some of the tasks we are in the process of solving:
- Cobrief suggests relevant keywords you should enter in the dialog for relevance scores.
- We are creating a dedicated tab for framework agreements in the insights module.
- A kanban-like overview of all tasks in the bid room.
- More filters for sorting tenders that are under assessment or being worked on.
- A simple library for custom assessment criteria.
