A Better Evaluation of the Tender

In October, we increased the speed of the evaluation page by up to 80%, while also becoming more reliable at finding all deadlines, requirements, and award criteria in the document package. We've also launched features such as automatic price schedule completion and AI-generated change descriptions when competitions are updated.

Speed and Quality on the Evaluation Page

We wanted to deliver even more value during the tender evaluation, while making the process simpler and faster. Most competitions now have a quick link for direct download of all competition documents, so with just two clicks you can get the entire tender documentation into Cobrief.

Once the documents are uploaded, Cobrief scans everything faster than before and provides more comprehensive information on the requirements and criteria, including sub-criteria and extended descriptions from referenced documents.

Automatic Price Schedule Completion

If you submit large price schedules as part of the tender, the new automatic price schedule completion feature is perfect for you. We use a product register that you upload, and use it to automatically select items based on the requirements in the tender.

Stay Updated on Competition Changes

Now all changes in the competition will have their own AI-generated description of the change, quickly giving you insight into whether a deadline has been extended, a document has been updated, or new questions and answers have been submitted. You'll see the changes both in notifications via Slack and email.

Going forward, we're working on many exciting features, including a solution for being notified about tenders relevant to your company, even if they don't match your tender search.
